If my child is 13 at the time of our stay, do I have to pay a Child or Junior package?

On the Internet, if your child is at least 13 years old on the 1st day of skiing, he or she will benefit from the Junior rate, whatever the duration of the ski pass.

In cash, if this birthday is before or on the 1st day of skiing, the young person will benefit from the junior pass (1 to 4-day passes) or adult pass for minimum 5-day passes.

In all cases, children whose 13th birthday is after the date of the 1st day of skiing of their package are eligible for the child rate.

At what age do I have to pay for the Children's package?

Children's packages are available from age 5.

Only children under 5 years of age at the time of their stay are entitled to a free ski pass, regardless of the type of activity. This package is also free is mandatory for access to ski lifts of the estate. Purchase is possible on the website, on our automatic sales machines and at our points of sale.

Is there an unemployment rate? Military?

There are no preferential rates for the unemployed or military personnel.

I have a disabled card. Do I get a discount?

You can benefit from a preferential handiski rate, which you can collect from the lift ticket office on presentation of your up-to-date disability card.

On presentation of your up-to-date disability cardYou'll benefit from preferential rates. The rate will depend on your level of disability. (50 to 80% or more than 80%). Reservations and packages available exclusively at our sales outlets.

Please note that disabled parking cards do not qualify for this discount.

I have a disabled card. Can my companion get a discount?

For holders of an 80% disability card, the accompanying person benefits from a preferential "Guide" rate. Reservations and print-outs of packages available exclusively at our sales outlets.

Are dogs allowed on the lifts? In the 2 Alpes area?

At Les 2 Alpes, dogs are only allowed on lifts with enclosed cabins (gondolas, cabins of hybrid lifts, inclined elevators and funiculars) and on pedestrian itineraries. Dogs must be kept on a leash, and their owners are responsible for picking up after their pets.

Dogs are strictly forbidden on marked ski slopes or MTB tracks

To access the Toura restaurant, they must pass through the tunnels.

Can I go snowscooting in Les 2 Alpes?

New snow sports equipment, including snowscooters, are accepted on the Jandri 1 and 2, the Diable, Belle Etoile and Vallée Blanche gondolas, the Super Venosc gondola and the Dôme Express funicular, and on the slopes served by these lifts. For further details, please contact the lift sales outlet.
