The “Atelier de la Neige” activity is non-refundable, except in the event of exceptional and adverse weather conditions that result in the closure of the access ski lift.

Artificial snow is produced using just two natural elements: cold, pressurized water and compressed air. For the process to work, certain weather conditions must be met, including a temperature below -4 °C, low humidity, and wind speeds of less than 10 km/h.
